He is the Chief Executive Officer of Kestrelvalor HQ. A hard-working passionate individual who is not afraid to try out new things and a family-oriented fellow. His passion for starting a company that focuses on having a good work and work-life balance stems from his desire to be able to be with his young son and always be there for him and not spend most of his time at the office.

Having a full-time job is not all that bad since this enables him to provide for his family. But he knows that there are better ways to achieve this and still be able to be there for his family.

My experience in the BPO industry, working with companies like Dell, and leading VPN brands in the industry, has shown me the incredible value of skilled professionals. The Philippines offers a workforce that’s not only highly capable but also culturally aligned with Western businesses, making it an ideal location for outsourcing

Timothy Joshua Hernandez

Hard-working passionate individual who is a licensed professional but realized while trying to succeed in the industry that opportunities are hard to come by. He then transitioned to the BPO industry, using his knowledge of technology since this was one of his hobbies growing up

He steadily climbed up the ladder in his former company securing the position of Subject Matter Expert and then into Training and Leadership roles. But due to changes in circumstances he wanted to try working from home and faced the strong competition of freelancing. Mark then invited him to help in building a company that will provide equal opportunities for individuals who want to join the growing community of working from home. Sharing the same drive and passion Timothy is in charge of developing the curriculums in the company to maintain the competitiveness of the staff, and for everyone to continue on developing and growing their talents.

Jerome Charles Mallari

Jerome is an entrepreneur with a deep passion for innovation and success in every aspect of life. After spending considerable time searching for employment, he encountered the many challenges that come with trying to excel in a corporate environment. During this journey, he realized that the traditional path to success could be a daunting and rigid experience, often leaving individuals feeling unfulfilled.

Through his experiences, Jerome came to understand that true success and a perfect work-life balance could be achieved by owning his own business. This realization fueled his determination to become his own boss, allowing him the freedom to innovate and create a fulfilling career on his terms. Today, Jerome leads his business with the same passion and drive that inspired his journey, helping others find their own paths to success and balance in life.

Jose Crisostomo David

Chief Marketing Officer

JC earned his Computer Science degree from University of the Philippines - Diliman. Since 2004 he has been working in the IT/Telecommunications industry covering various functions/roles including - process improvement/re-engineering, business analysis, project management, leadership, systems analysis, software QA/testing, (as-is/to-be) documentation, training, user access management, systems support, and network operations management/support. He has a proven track record of working remotely while being autonomous/self-directed. He and his wife are (and have been) fur parents to 11 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 rabbits. They both enjoy toy collecting as their hobby since it brings them nostalgia.

Rogel Velasco Jr

Rogel Jr. Velasco is a seasoned Front-End Developer and React expert from Manila, Philippines, with over five years of professional experience in crafting dynamic and user-friendly applications. Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks, including React, React Native, and Expo, Rogel has successfully developed web and mobile applications across various industries such as e-commerce, social networking, and productivity tools. He combines a passion for clean, maintainable code with a keen eye for UI/UX design, delivering seamless user experiences and optimized app performance.

Rogel’s professional journey includes impactful roles as a Senior React Native Developer at Security Bank Corporation, where he built secure, scalable applications for both iOS and Android platforms. He also contributed as a Freelance React Expo Developer, focusing on enhancing app performance and integrating in-app purchase functionalities. Additionally, his leadership as a Senior Developer at EMAPTA Philippines enabled him to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and introduce cutting-edge technologies to optimize project outcomes.

Rogel holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of East in Manila. Fluent in both English and Tagalog, he remains committed to staying ahead in the tech industry by continually learning and adopting emerging technologies. Whether designing responsive interfaces or mentoring peers, Rogel's dedication to excellence positions him as a valuable asset in any development team.
